Spend the day at your store observing traffic flow, 'great customer service’, CSR duties (clean-up, shift responsibilities, cigarette breaks, image, professionalism & uniforms, etc.)
When conducting any In-Store evaluation, I take this approach:
'What Would I Do If This Was MY Store?'
I believe this policy has allowed me to critique and make suggestions I believe, are in the best interest of the owner/retailer.
